Curiosities about butterflies!

“Țării Crișurilor” Museum is reopening the educational workshop “Curiosities about butterflies!” for children no grader than 5th grade, and it is organized together with the Bihor County School Inspectorate, „Prietenii Muzeului Țării Crișurilor” Association, Bihor County Council, and Oradea City Hall. The workshop will take place on the 26th and 27th of January 2023, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; 11.30 – 12.30 and will include the following activities:

-Watching a film with generalities about butterflies (approx. 10 min.)

-The presentation of three distinct exotic butterfly species that are part of the collection of the Natural Sciences Section of “Țării Crișurilor” Museum;

-Solving a puzzle with the presented butterflies

-Visit of the permanent exhibition of Natural Sciences.

For registration, call 0259/706.101, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. The workshop will take place in groups of at least ten children. The participation fee is 15 lei/child.
